When should I expect my order?

Our current process time is 3-4 business days not including weekends or holidays.

My products arrived damaged, can I get a refund?

Please note that all sales are final, and Five Star Beauty is not responsible for any damaged or lost items once an order has shipped. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of your package’s arrival at shopfivestarbeauty@gmail.com with proof of the damage, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement. Please keep in mind that shipping fees will still apply.

My body butter melted, what should I do?

At Five Star Beauty, we designed our body whips to withstand melting at high temperatures, but unfortunately, we cannot fully prevent them from melting during shipment. If this happens, don’t worry! You can easily restore your body whip by following these steps:

  1. Place the body whip in the fridge or freezer to allow it to firm up.
  2. Whip it up with a spoon or mixer to reintroduce a smooth texture.

Please note that while the consistency may not return exactly to its original state, the integrity of the product remains the same and it can still be used as normal.

Can I change my address after I place my order?

If you realize that you've entered the incorrect address on your order, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to email us at shopfivestarbeauty@gmail.com with your request. While we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate the change, we will do our best to update your address before your order ships.

After 24 hours, your order will be processed and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Please note that all sales are final when placing an order with Five Star Beauty. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
