Return & Refund Policy
At Five Star Beauty, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We want you to love your purchase, but please note the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds:
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products once they have been shipped.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at shopfivestarbeauty@gmail.com with proof of the damage or defect (such as photos). We will review your case and, if applicable, send you a replacement. Please note that shipping fees may still apply for replacements.
3. Address Errors
If you notice that you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at shopfivestarbeauty@gmail.com. While we cannot guarantee we can update your address, we will do our best to accommodate your request. After 24 hours, we are unable to make changes, and the order will be shipped to the address provided.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please ensure that you select the correct product(s) before completing your order.
5. Refunds
As all sales are final, we do not offer refunds. If your product is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement item.
6. Processing & Shipment Time
Our current processing and shipment time is 2-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
